Good day,
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing company based in Doha. Interested individuals are required to read through the position’s minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities, and to answer all the pre-screening questions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience as a BDE, preferably with background in Manpower and Recruitment Agencies
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Valid QID holder
- Preferably with a Driver’s license valid in Qatar
- Has NOC / Can transfer immediately
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to management.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- And as needed by Management.
Salary package will be discussed during the initial interview.
