Full job description

  • Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient service and a warm welcome for all tenants and guests.
  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.
  • Oversee recreational facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and accessible for tenants.
  • Address tenant requests and concerns promptly, including maintenance requests, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Train, manage, and evaluate front desk staff to foster a collaborative and effective team environment.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve service delivery and tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant requests and track the status of maintenance issues.
