Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our Food Production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting raw materials, ingredients, and finished food products to and from various locations. This role requires a valid manual driving license and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards during transportation. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles with a manual transmission to transport goods to and from different locations.
• Ensure timely deliveries of goods, adhering to designated routes and delivery schedules while following traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition (check oil, tires, brakes, etc.).
• Load and unload goods carefully, ensuring proper handling and securing of all items during transport.
• Verify delivery details and ensure the correct products are delivered to the right location in a safe and timely manner.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to management immediately.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle both inside and out.
• Adhere to all safety and driving regulations, including speed limits and road safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid manual driving license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, with specific experience operating manual transmission vehicles and within the food production or logistics industry.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ability to handle goods carefully and lift heavy items when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet varying delivery schedules.
