Job Description:
- Supervising HR staff performance and guiding employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
- Assisting the HR department in the hiring process.
- Developing strategies and implementing changes that improve job knowledge.
- Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Handling employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
- Planning, directing and coordinating the administrative function of an organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
❖ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
❖ Proven experience of more than 1 year in a similar role.
❖ Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and HR best practices.
❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
❖ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
❖ Proficiency in using HRIS and other relevant recruitment tools.
❖ Visa with NOC required
