Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Recruiter to join our manpower recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks while also playing an integral role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure that the office is organized and running smoothly.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Assist with the filing, record-keeping, and database management of employee and candidate records.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments for office-related activities such as onboarding, training, and team coordination.
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by management.

Recruitment:

  • Develop job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, company websites, and social media.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various roles, ensuring that manpower needs are met on time.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interview schedules and maintaining communication with applicants.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
