Full job description
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of managing HR Operations.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR, or other advanced HR qualifications.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, CHRP, or Associate CIPD would be a strong advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency – native)
- Strong conflict management experience.
- Analytical ability to analyze HR metrics.
- Experience in adapting changing Business needs.
- Strong relationship building skills, capable of collaboratively with employees at all levels & across departments.
