About Us:

MEDIA WORK is an Event Management Company, develops and manage F&B & Retail Destinations and related temporary and/or permanent projects in Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and implement new food and beverage concepts.
• Develop and execute F&B strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage menu planning, inventory control, and supplier partnerships.
• Hire, Train, guide, and manage F&B staff to maintain high performance and service excellence.
• Oversee and optimize take-away and drive-thru operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee all aspects of F&B operations at our kiosks, ensuring consistent quality.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus but not essential.
• Strong background in food and beverage management.
• Experience in managing take-away and drive-thru services.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing F&B concepts.
• Proven ability to manage take-away and drive-thru operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proven success in driving sales and improving the customer experience.
