Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales & Negotiation:
  • Conduct sales presentations and pitch recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
