Job Description:

As a Brasserie Waiter, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our guests in the brasserie restaurant. You will greet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of tables.
Key Responsibilities:Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly mannerTake food and beverage orders and ensure accuracyDeliver orders to guests in a timely mannerProvide recommendations and answer any questions about menu itemsEnsure all guests have a pleasant dining experienceMaintain a clean and organized dining areaAssist with setting up and breaking down tablesHandle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely mannerFollow all safety and sanitation proceduresAttend training sessions and meetings as requiredRequirements:Previous experience as a waiter or server in a high-volume restaurantExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of food and beverage menusAttention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to stand for long periods of time and lift equipmentMust be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
