Job Description:

As a Lobby Lounge Waiter, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests in the lobby lounge area. You will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for guests as they enter the lounge. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as they enter the lobby loungeAssist guests with seating and provide recommendations on menu itemsTake orders and serve food and beverages to guestsEnsure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely mannerProvide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests’ needsMaintain a clean and organized lobby lounge areaHandle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional mannerUpsell menu items and promote special offers to guestsWork closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth serviceFollow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean environmentAttend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on menu items and company policiesHandle cash and credit card transactions accuratelyPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a similar role preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of food and beverage menu itemsBasic math and cash handling skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up equipment
