Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with product or service information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
