Job Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders for ERP system enhancements.
• Analyze existing warehouse and procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and area of improvement. Recommend best practices and process reengineering to optimize operations.
• Map business processes and workflow to ERP system functionalities for warehouse and procurement. Provide insights on warehouse and procurement processes to ensure the ERP system is customized effectively.
• Provide project estimate, ensure scalable/ resilient/ solution designs sustainable to business requirements and that all application NFRs are met
• Flexible to participate in the implementation and configuration of ERP modules (Warehouse and procurement).
• Provide ongoing support for ERP users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to manage system upgrades, patches and integrations.
• Design and propose ERP system solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices.
• Create functional specifications, use cases and system documentation for ERP enhancements.
• Ensure all changes and configurations are documented and accessible to relevant teams.
• Leading RFI, RFP, Technical Review and procurement process for IT Solutions with business users.
• Produce complete and high quality of the requirement deliverable including but not limited to Business Processes, Scenarios, Functional Design Document, Use Cases, Exceptions, User Guide and other additional required viewpoints in order to translate Business Requirement into actionable solution requirement
• Manage and support to achieve traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle from initiator to solution requirements baseline, to design, build, test and deploy

Qualifications

Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in retail operations, warehouse management and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tolls will be an added advantage
• Well versed in tools like Visio or equivalent to create business process flow diagrams under the functional requirements sections.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders and working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Experience in transitioning of requirements into proper user stories and provide inputs to the development and testing teams during the execution phase of the project.
• Should be able to lead team and work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

• Certification in ERP (Oracle or Microsoft)
• Industry Experience in Retail, Food & Beverages domain
• Flexible to learn new technologies.
