Parkview Pet Center is a dynamic and growing veterinary clinic dedicated to providing top-notch care for our beloved animal patients. We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service and efficiency.

Position Overview

The Veterinary Clinic Administrator will bring their expertise in managing Microsoft 365, IT supervision, staff training, supplier communication, inventory control, and overall management support.

Key Skills

-Microsoft 365 Experience: Proficient in using and managing Microsoft 365 tools and applications.

IT Supervision: Experienced in overseeing IT operations and ensuring smooth functionality.

Staff Training: Skilled in training staff on company software, medical equipment, and IT-related skills.

-Supplier Communication: Strong communication skills for maintaining supplier relationships and managing inventory.

Administrative Support: Excellent organizational skills to assist in day-to-day management tasks and operations.

Qualifications

– Proven experience, preferably in a healthcare or similar field.
