A leading company in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an Accountant/Admin to join the Accounts Department.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing email and other communications
- Ensure proper filing of important documents such as contracts, invoices and correspondence
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records
- Record daily financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and process invoices and track payments
- Generate financial report as required by the management
- Calculate and process payroll for employees
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
