Full job description

A leading company in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an Accountant/Admin to join the Accounts Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing email and other communications
  • Ensure proper filing of important documents such as contracts, invoices and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records
  • Record daily financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
  • Prepare and process invoices and track payments
  • Generate financial report as required by the management
  • Calculate and process payroll for employees
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
