We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Untitled Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the company. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and coordinating maintenance as needed.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events for team members. Ensure timely communication of schedules and any changes.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and external contacts. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate and organized records. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Task Coordination: Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and services is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
