Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should be organized, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • system entry, records, and documentation
  • follow up collection payments by email and phone
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • able to communicate fluently in English, and Malayalam
  • 1 years of administrative experience (preferred)
  • fresh graduates will be welcomed, if willing to learn.

salary will be adjusted, after successful completion of probation period
