Job Title: Admin Executive
We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR-Candidate related communications across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, and internal communication tools. She will also handle general administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-Candidates communications.
- Organize, manage, and respond to HR-related messages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of communications and ensure they are organized and up to date.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely dissemination of HR updates.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry and reports.
- Provide support to the HR team in day-to-day activities and projects.
Required Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- at least 2 years UAE experience but freshers are welcome.
Required Skills:
- Confident communicator with excellent conflict resolution ability
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions with effective solutions.
- Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality.
