  • Business Rule Management:
  • Develop, configure, and manage business rules within IT systems and platforms.
  • Maintain a centralized repository for business rules and ensure their accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with business units to gather requirements and translate them into system rules.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
  • System Optimization:
  • Analyze existing rules for efficiency and effectiveness, recommending improvements when necessary.
  • Monitor rule performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business rules and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Training and Support:
  • Train team members and end-users on business rule functionalities and updates.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to business rules.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in business rule administration, IT systems management, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as IBM ODM, Drools, or similar rule engines (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
