About the role
The Admin Officer & Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales and administrative functions within the company. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external coordination, document management, and support marketing and employee engagement activities. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:
- Document Control: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation.
- Support Sales Team: Assist with quotations, processing orders, customer follow-ups.
- Marketing Support: Support regional marketing team by participating in organizing local marketing events and initiatives.
- Employee Engagement activities: Help, organize and support team-building activities and company events.
- ERP & SAP Management: Handle sales order processing, inventory, and financial tracking using SAP and other ERP systems.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational activities and submit it directly to the general manger.
- Cross-department Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
We are looking for people who has as a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related filed.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
- Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
