Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Senior Management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls.-Scheduling meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agendas, managing calendars
- Provide administrative assistance to Senior Management and other employees as needed.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documentation ensuring accessibility and security.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
