Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Senior Management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Answer, screen and direct phone calls.-Scheduling meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agendas, managing calendars
  • Provide administrative assistance to Senior Management and other employees as needed.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and documentation ensuring accessibility and security.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
