Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Skilled in tactfully managing stressful and challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update both electronic and hard-copy documents
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Manage inventory file
  • Maintain and organize office filing systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor company databases.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Process mail and other correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support as required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
