Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Skilled in tactfully managing stressful and challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update both electronic and hard-copy documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Manage inventory file
- Maintain and organize office filing systems.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor company databases.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Process mail and other correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support as required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
