Role Overview

We seek a highly organized and resourceful individual with experience in administrative support, customer service, and real estate coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, maintain company records, coordinate office activities, and assist with real estate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Property Listings & CRM Management – Update property listings and maintain records in CRM software.

✅ Administrative Support – Manage office operations, handle scheduling, and ensure smooth workflow.
✅ Document Management – Organize and maintain property-related documents, contracts, and reports.
✅ Client Coordination – Assist clients and agents with inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
✅ Marketing Assistance – Support the marketing team with listing updates, social media content coordination, and database management.
✅ Transaction Coordination – Facilitate property transactions by ensuring proper documentation and compliance with RERA regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience (Only in real estate brokerages).
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software.
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations and processes is an advantage.
