Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment team in maintaining accurate database records, creating basic Excel lists, and adhoc administrative support. This position is ideal for candidates who have strong experience in database management, Microsoft Word, MicrosoftExcel and want to contribute to the success of our recruitment operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mass Email Production:
- Assist in creating and sending mass emails under supervision.
- Conduct routine data checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Follow established procedures for data entry and document any discrepancies or errors for review.
- Database Support:
- Assist in updating and maintaining the recruitment database with new client and candidate information under supervision.
- Conduct routine data checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.

Excel Tasks:
- Create basic Excel lists and spreadsheets based on provided templates or instructions.
- Input data accurately into Excel files and assist in organizing files for easy access.
- Learn and apply fundamental Excel functions such as sorting and filtering data.
Administrative Assistance:
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including filing documents and organizing electronic files.
- Organising calendars and meetings.
- Responding to emails.
- Assist with basic research tasks and compiling information as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Strong understanding of computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn from feedback.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a must.
- Strong English skills.
