Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative assistant to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the UAE real estate market and will be responsible for supporting our sales team, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and organizing contracts and sales documentation. Schedule and coordinate appointments, property viewings, and open houses. Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems. Support the sales team & Admin with administrative tasks and client follow-ups. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries. Track the progress of sales transactions and provide regular updates to relevant parties. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements: Minimum of one year of experience in the UAE real estate industry. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Female candidates from the Philippines are preferred.
