We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative (female) to support the Upper Management Team. The ideal candidate must excel at multitasking, adapt quickly to shifting priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication, problem-solving skills and ensure the smooth operation of the administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Upper Management Team.
  • Assist in managing calendars, meeting schedules and appointments.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations and internal communications as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external contacts.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Support with event planning, logistics and coordination of meetings.
  • Maintain office systems and ensure all administrative processes run efficiently.
  • Take initiative in identifying and solving problems as they arise.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Upper Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or multitasking role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
