About The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, Events you will support the Events Management team ensuring that all administrative requirements of the department are met. You will work closely with the Executive, Events on administrative related tasks, completing work of a high standard and in a timely manner.
About You
Ideally, we’d like you to have relevant Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 5 years’ experience within Administration in a similar role. A sound knowledge of administrative processes, exceptional communication skills and excellent Microsoft Office knowledge is required. In addition to the above you should have strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
