We are seeking to employ a dedicated and committed Admin Support / Receptionist who could join immediately.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in English
- 1 year of admin support / receptionist experience mandatory
- Computer proficiency
- Good at multi-tasking.
- Organizational and time management skill
- Female Candidate Preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and take messages
- Respond to emails
- Greet clients and visitors
- Report to work on time and be punctual and prepared
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Take the initiative to carry out key responsibilities in the most effective and efficient manner.
- Maintaining up to date records of company
- Maintain office supplies and raise purchase requests on timely manner.
- Support in events preparation / planning
- Any other reasonable request by management
