We are seeking to employ a dedicated and committed Admin Support / Receptionist who could join immediately.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English
  • 1 year of admin support / receptionist experience mandatory
  • Computer proficiency
  • Good at multi-tasking.
  • Organizational and time management skill
  • Female Candidate Preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Respond to emails
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Report to work on time and be punctual and prepared
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Take the initiative to carry out key responsibilities in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining up to date records of company
  • Maintain office supplies and raise purchase requests on timely manner.
  • Support in events preparation / planning
  • Any other reasonable request by management
