PROJECT SERVICES

Primary purpose of job
Responsible for Call-off Contract Administration /Management and Resource Planning to meet project resource

requirements This includes, but not limited to, analysing/forecasting and co-ordinating recruitment activities to meet current

and future manpower requirements.

Experience & Skills
• Minimum 8 years of work experience with at least 3-4 years’ experience in Contract Administration, Resource
Management and Planning in an Oil and Gas industry.

  • Experience in providing effective resource utilisation options to Management and this includes analysing project
  • Responsible for initiate new Tenders and participate in the sourcing/prequalification of manpower contractors and

plans/schedules/resource planning reports to identify required resources.experienced in technical and commercial evaluation of Bids.

  • Prepare Release Order (RO) as per the Contractual terms and conditions.
  • Monitoring approved budget and in coordination with Project execution departments and Budget Controller to ensure
  • Experience in monitoring contractors’ compliance to Contract terms and conditions while administering the Call-Off

Budgets are approved/available for manpower resourcesContracts including participation in conflict resolutions & claims management, etc

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge in SAP and MS office especially advanced working knowledge of Excel and Power BI would

be advantageous.

Education
Bachelor in an Engineering Discipline, Business Administration or equivalent.
