We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the Managing Director’s day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both professional and personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
- Draft and manage professional correspondence, including emails and memos.
- Prepare detailed notes and reports as needed.
- Provide timely reminders for important deadlines, payments, and commitments.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested.
- Maintain and organize files, both electronic and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar industry or with senior executives.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
