Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the Managing Director’s day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both professional and personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
  • Draft and manage professional correspondence, including emails and memos.
  • Prepare detailed notes and reports as needed.
  • Provide timely reminders for important deadlines, payments, and commitments.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested.
  • Maintain and organize files, both electronic and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a similar industry or with senior executives.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
