  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Handle day-to-day sales of the company.
  • Searching for prospective customers and introducing the company to them.
  • Sales experience is a must.
