Overview

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily administrative management of the association, with a special focus on document production and organization, billing, customer service and communication (internal and external)
  • Planning and organizing events and meetings
  • Content production and social media management
  • Development of a Business Incubation Project, focusing on attracting and installing new entrepreneurs and companies, as well as supporting companies already established
  • Development of a Certified Modular Training Project, focusing on recruiting trainees, collecting documents and coordinating training actions with the Training Entity

Job Experience

  • Degree in Secretarial Studies (or similar)
  • Experience in the administrative area
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Canva (or similar)
