Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily administrative management of the association, with a special focus on document production and organization, billing, customer service and communication (internal and external)
- Planning and organizing events and meetings
- Content production and social media management
- Development of a Business Incubation Project, focusing on attracting and installing new entrepreneurs and companies, as well as supporting companies already established
- Development of a Certified Modular Training Project, focusing on recruiting trainees, collecting documents and coordinating training actions with the Training Entity
Job Experience
- Degree in Secretarial Studies (or similar)
- Experience in the administrative area
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Canva (or similar)
