EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR cum PROJECT COORDINATOR
· Maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts, leases, and agreements, ensuring compliance with Dubai’s property regulations.
· Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, including property sales, purchases, and rentals, ensuring seamless communication between all parties.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the real estate process.
· Assist in the management of rental properties, including tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and timely lease renewals.
· Conduct market research to gather data on property listings, pricing trends, local market conditions, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
· Adhere to Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA rules and regulations, with full knowledge of Trakheesi and Ejari systems.
· Prepare and manage tenancy contracts, including Form A, B, I, and F, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
· Handle documentation, including preparation, review, and management of contracts, agreements, and property listings across platforms such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut.
· Coordinate with developers and brokers to register and promote properties through Dubai’s property portals.
· Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
· Act as a liaison between clients, developers, contractors, and government authorities, facilitating smooth project execution.
· Coordinate the completion of property handovers, ensuring all snagging and legal requirements are met.
· Manage CRM systems to track leads, sales progress, and client interactions, ensuring data accuracy and client satisfaction.
· Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, such as digital advertising, open houses, and promotional events for real estate projects.
· Provide administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in real estate industry
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting and supervisory roles in UAE.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
