Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of managing HR Operations.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR, or other advanced HR qualifications.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CPCHRP, or Associate CIPD would be a strong advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency – native)
  • Strong conflict management experience.
  • Analytical ability to analyze HR metrics.
  • Experience in adapting changing Business needs.
  • Strong relationship building skills, capable of collaboratively with employees at all levels & across departments.
