What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure track – close of specified projects within territory
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Develop excellent relationship with contractors and distributors
- Identify and develop new sales partners, wherever required
- Manage spec breaking in projects
- Collaborating as a team with Internal Sales and Technical Support
- Timely & accurate reporting
- Track competitor activities and report
What we’d love for you to have:
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of building materials and their applications.
- Educational: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design; MBA a plus.
- Sales Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the building materials industry.
- Project Management: Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Software Proficiency: Competent in MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Team Player Mindset: Highly motivated, collaborative, and team oriented.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, persistent, and maintains a polite and professional demeanor.
