Full job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. This role will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations at all café locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and adherence to brand standards.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff across all branches, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate branch performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Help implement and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows across all locations.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste across branches.
  • Aid in monitoring branch budgets, expenses, and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to the Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer experience, address feedback, and implement improvements based on customer insights.
  • Ensure all branches comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs to enhance service quality and operational knowledge across branches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in café or restaurant operations, with a focus on multi-unit management preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting.
  • Proficient in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to travel to different branches as needed.
  • Passion for café culture, customer service, and team collaboration
