Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager with a background in luxury retail to join our high-performing team in the real estate Development industry. This individual will play a key role in supporting the sales efforts for premium real estate properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of luxury sales techniques and a passion for delivering top-tier client experiences in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and luxury real estate buyers.
  • Support the Sales Manager in managing and growing a portfolio of premium real estate properties, ensuring all sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, investors, and brokers, offering a personalized approach to sales and service.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, competitor analysis, and high-end property features.
  • Coordinate and conduct private showings and exclusive property tours, providing detailed information about luxury features, investment potential, and community amenities.
  • Offer personalized sales consultations to potential buyers, ensuring that each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and investment goals are met.
  • Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending new strategies to drive revenue.
  • Assist in managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to closing.
  • Maintain a keen eye on luxury real estate trends and competitive developments to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the market.
  • Help with the preparation of contracts, sales agreements, and other necessary documentation while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior sales staff, offering mentorship based on your experience in luxury retail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, with a proven background in luxury retail (experience in luxury real estate is a MUST).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to high-end clientele.
  • Excellent understanding of luxury customer service standards and relationship-building strategies.
  • Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals and an ability to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and familiarity with real estate-specific software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A keen interest in the real estate market
