Banquet Head

  • Ensure the smooth running of the service in order to fully satisfy our customers.
  • Serve different types of guests at banquets, conferences and formal meals .
  • Provide suggestions to improve the quality of service.
  • Be in charge of managing, coordinating and supervising a team and establishing a relationship of trust.

Job Profile

  • You hold a diploma in Hospitality and Catering and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You ideally come from the events/catering sector.
  • You are familiar with HACCP standards.
  • You have excellent presentation skills and a keen eye for hospitality and attention to detail. You also enjoy interacting with customers.
