- Expertly prepare a wide range of espresso-based beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, Americanos, and flat whites.
- Grind coffee beans to the correct consistency and adjust grind settings as needed for optimal extraction.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders with precision and care, ensuring consistency in every cup.
- Steam and texture milk to the appropriate temperature and texture for each drink type.
- Calibrate and maintain coffee equipment regularly to ensure high-quality brewing standards.
- Maintain proper dosing, tamping, and brewing techniques to uphold the café’s coffee quality standards.
- Consistently monitor the taste and presentation of each beverage before serving.
- Ensure cleanliness of all coffee preparation areas, tools, and machines throughout the shift.
