Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they enter and exit the cruise ship with a warm and friendly demeanorAssist guests with their luggage and belongings upon arrival and departureProvide information and directions to guests regarding ship amenities and activitiesMaintain a clean and organized lobby area at all timesMonitor and control guest access to the ship, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed on boardAssist with the loading and unloading of supplies and equipmentCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departuresHandle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely mannerFollow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew membersAttend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPhysically fit and able to lift heavy objectsFluent in English, additional languages are a plusMust be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
