1. In charge of the Boats (Condition, Cleanliness, Members onboard)

3. Sets good example – teamwork, leadership to fellow captains and valets

4. Ensure all equipment and machineries onboard are properly maintained – gearbox, generator, engine, etc.

5. Ensure compliance of operations, procedures, safety rules, maritime and government regulations

6. Execute Mandatory Safety briefing / signing of checklist upon departure and arrival in each and every trip.

7. Maintain and update all safety equipment onboard (monitor expired and follow up replacement)

8. Unfailing check of jetty dock boxes and make sure its organized and full of stock at all times.

9. Ensure sailing permit onboard

10. Daily mandatory inspection of the boat and notify office / line manager for any defect of any equipment board.

11. Observe weather forecast and liaise with office / line manager regarding safe operating conditions (throughout the day).

12. Practice safety procedures for familiarity in case of any emergency

13. Act accordingly upon any situation that may happen on or during any trip

14. Ensure enough water and ice in the cooler box onboard

15. Ensure enough water in the water tank and fuel (refuel and refill water every after the trip)

16. Check the main engine and genset battery must be in normal voltage.

17. Check the sound system, running lights and all navigational equipment are working properly.

18. Monitor and check possible leaks from the hull, fresh water lines, gear box oil, fuel, coolant in the engine.

19. Always pay attention to the engine, bilge and fire alarm.

20. Supervise valets in cleaning the boat interior and exterior.

21. Ensure valets are cleaning the boat in proper way as to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the boat.

22. Ensure enough boat supplies onboard.

23. Ensure boat is prepared and ready 30 minutes before member’s arrival.

25. Make sure to monitor booking status at all times (departures and arrivals)

26. Make sure that the number of passengers must not exceed according to the boat registration.

29. Ensure to smile at all times in the presence of the members and always ready to serve and assist.

30. Ensure you / valet to wash the boat every after the trip and remove any empty bottles etc. onboard

31. Always make sure that boat is always in a good immaculate condition with or without scheduled trip

32. Conduct general cleaning if there’s no trip.

33. Offer VVVIP service at all times.
