Business Development Manager for Staffing and Recruitment Firm
Location -Qatar

We are hiring for Business Development Manager for Our recruitment firm
Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new clients through outbound sales efforts such as cold calling, networking, email marketing, and client visits.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction with our recruitment services.Understand Client Needs: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs, provide expert advice, and tailor solutions to meet their staffing requirements.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business, pricing, and contracts to secure recruitment assignments and long-term partnerships with clients.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and implement new business initiatives to expand the client base
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity to identify new business and service innovation opportunities
Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions to clients and resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment process.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs management sets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR services, or B2B sales will be highly regarded.
- Strong network and understanding of recruitment processes will be an advantage.
