Duties & Responsibilities
- Co-write specifications and consultation documents
- Coordinate the supplier consultation & tender process: receipt of quotes, analysis of offers, selection, etc.
- Negotiate prices, deadlines and payment terms with suppliers
- Ensure the proper implementation of negotiated contractual conditions and arbitrate disputes
- Coordinate the various exchanges and ensure the interface between suppliers and service providers
- Participate in the development of contracts & agreements
- Create purchasing files and monitor their transfer to the relevant department (purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, etc.)
- Plan and control deliveries with suppliers and validate the associated administrative documents
- Track orders until receipt is validated by the requester
Job Experience
- Bachelors +4/5 Purchasing and logistics
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Autonomy
- Sense of anticipation
- Analytical mind
- Excellent command of IT tools
