Duties & Responsibilities

  • Co-write specifications and consultation documents
  • Coordinate the supplier consultation & tender process: receipt of quotes, analysis of offers, selection, etc.
  • Negotiate prices, deadlines and payment terms with suppliers
  • Ensure the proper implementation of negotiated contractual conditions and arbitrate disputes
  • Coordinate the various exchanges and ensure the interface between suppliers and service providers
  • Participate in the development of contracts & agreements
  • Create purchasing files and monitor their transfer to the relevant department (purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, etc.)
  • Plan and control deliveries with suppliers and validate the associated administrative documents
  • Track orders until receipt is validated by the requester

Job Experience

  • Bachelors +4/5 Purchasing and logistics
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Autonomy
  • Sense of anticipation
  • Analytical mind
  • Excellent command of IT tools
