Job Summary: Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Male Cafe Waiter-Cashier to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry and possess basic Arabic language skills. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, serve dishes to customers promptly, and ensure all orders are correct.
• Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts. Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about menu items.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring the cafe meets regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other wait staff and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Gender: Male
• Experience: Previous experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is required.
• Language Skills: Basic proficiency in Arabic is essential.
• Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed, in line with the cafe’s standards.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,800.00 per month
