We are seeking a proactive and motivated Listings Consultant / Property Consultant to join our team, responsible for managing property listings, nurturing client relationships, and driving successful property transactions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate listings, facilitating communication between buyers and sellers, and ensuring all contracts are managed effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule property viewings. Provide clients with detailed information about available properties and the sales or rental process.
  • Property Listings Management: Create and update property listings on multiple platforms with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing. Ensure listings remain current and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and property values to provide accurate and actionable insights to clients. Analyze local market conditions to identify new opportunities for listings.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. Maintain organized records of client interactions, agreements, and transaction documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and real estate agents to facilitate successful transactions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the listing and transaction process.
  • Negotiation: Assist in negotiating terms and conditions between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure the interests of all parties are represented fairly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage paperwork related to property sales or rentals, including agreements, invoices, and reports. Keep CRM systems updated with accurate client and transaction details.
  • Problem Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to industry regulations and ethical practices, ensuring all dealings are transparent and in the best interests of the client.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate listing platforms (e.g., PropertyFinder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing listings and contracts.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property evaluation.
  • Prior experience in real estate, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
