Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the call center operations, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Supervise a team of call center agents, providing training and guidance to meet clinic objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments within the clinic to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Oversee client appointments and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing call centers (preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare sector).
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with call center management software and CRM systems.
