Call Center Manager

We are a renowned aesthetic clinic in Dubai, currently seeking a Call Center Manager to join our dynamic and dedicated team. If you have experience managing call centers and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the call center operations, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Supervise a team of call center agents, providing training and guidance to meet clinic objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the clinic to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Oversee client appointments and ensure accurate data entry into the system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing call centers (preferably in the aesthetics or healthcare sector).
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with call center management software and CRM systems.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
