Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Prepare and arrange tables settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Offer menu recommendations & Up-sell products when appropriate
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems to seniors
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments
• Good skills of table clearance and attention to details
• Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications and online booking visitor’s number
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent & memorable service to guests
• Report to a Shift Leader or various levels of management depending on the dining outlet.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,000.00 – QAR2,500.00 per month
