Position Overview:

The Sales Service Representative in Cake Shop will handle all pre-booked customer orders placed online, over the phone, or via WhatsApp. This role involves coordinating with delivery platforms, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle pre-booked orders placed online, over the phone, and through WhatsApp.

· Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.

· Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of all pre-booked orders.

· Coordinate with delivery drivers to facilitate smooth and timely deliveries.

· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched on time.

· Manage online orders via platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, and Careem, while maintaining strong relationships with platform representatives.

· Share marketing and promotional details with management to enhance sales opportunities.

· Maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients to drive repeat business.

· Maintain and update customer and client databases with accurate order and contact information.

· Conduct monthly inventory checks and ensure accurate updates in the SAPAD system.

· Process transactions and maintain accurate records using the POS system.

· Coordinate with suppliers for placing new orders and receiving deliveries.

· Ensure all supplies meet quality standards and are received in a timely manner.

· Train subordinates on the proper use of the POS and SAPAD systems.

· Support team members in delivering excellent customer service and meeting operational goals.

· Liaise with HR and Accounts departments for related administrative tasks.

· Generate and share sales and operational reports with senior management.

· Participate in team meetings to identify and resolve operational issues.

· Gather customer feedback to improve services and identify trends.

· Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve market presence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a sales or customer service role within the F&B industry, Bakery/Cake Shop in UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS and SAPAD systems is required.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for handling pre-booked orders.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve customer concerns and operational challenges effectively.
  • Team Player: A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
