Case Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Immigration Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling immigration cases, including Permanent Residency (PR) applications for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as visitor and other visa applications for various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end immigration cases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare, review, and file applications for Canada, Australia, New Zealand PR.
  • Handle visit visa and other visa categories for various countries globally.
  • Communicate with clients to collect required documents and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and case notes.
  • Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
  • Liaise with immigration authorities and other relevant departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in immigration consultancy or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of PR and visa application processes for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Familiarity with global visa filing procedures, especially for visit visas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and immigration case management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RCIC, MARA, or IAA license/certification is an asset (but not mandatory).
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
