Full job description

Role is responsible to ensure the smooth running of company by providing the highest standards of customer service within the company and the enhancement of the profitability. Role also requires interacting with and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Marketing & Events, IT, HR & Training, Finance & Admin and concerned Team in the Academy to ensure that the company is generating the revenue target set by the Management and operating in a cost effective and efficient manner

  • Should hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university
  • Strong business planning skills and understanding of the Performing and Visual Arts industry is a plus
  • With proven Leadership Skills and track record in running business operations (multi-cultural background)
  • With at least 5-7 years relevant experience in this position, minimum of 4 years in team handling
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to forecast
  • Drive a strong culture by fostering team work, collaboration with team members and with stakeholders
  • Ability to deal with internal, external stakeholders and carry out vendor Management
  • Ability to influence, coordinate and persuade at all levels; IT competent; with good public speaking background / Personal attributes: Good personality, enthusiastic, persistent, well-organized, set high standards, flexible, calm under pressure, independent, pro-active and with pleasing personality. Note: Excellent communication skills. Proficient in English (Both oral and written)
