Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Transportation: Provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for guests to their destinations, including airports, events, meetings, and local attractions. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the vehicle is in excellent condition, clean, and well-stocked with amenities. Perform routine checks and maintenance (e.g., fuel levels, tire pressure, cleanliness) to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
  • Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient and safest routes to destinations, adjusting as needed for traffic or road conditions. Use GPS systems and local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Guest Interaction: Assist guests with entering and exiting the vehicle, provide a high level of customer service, and offer amenities such as bottled water, newspapers, or any other requests they may have.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate with the hotel concierge or front desk to manage transportation schedules, ensuring vehicles are ready for pickup on time. Handle last-minute changes or requests professionally.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local traffic laws, safety regulations, and hotel policies. Maintain a clean driving record and report any incidents, accidents, or damages immediately.
  • Luggage Assistance: Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring proper handling of belongings.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain confidentiality about guests’ personal information and ensure discretion, especially when driving high-profile clients.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management to enhance the guest experience and ensure smooth transportation operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Holding a valid driver’s license
  • Experience working as a Chauffeur for the Hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with GPS tools and Google maps
  • Excellent road and traffic sense
  • Minimum High School Graduate
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Must have experience in the hotel industry (preferred)
  • Must be willing to work to Ajman, UAE.
